Information notice pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003
Pursuant to art. 13, Legislative Decree 196/2003 (hereinafter Consolidation Act) and in relation to the personal data to which Euro Company, the company that owns the website visited by you, will be privy, we hereby wish to inform you of the following:
1. Purposes of data handling.
Euro Company will not use this website to collect personal data able to identify you, unless provided by you voluntarily.
The data provided voluntarily may be used: to understand your requirements and needs and to reply to any questions you may make; to contact you in response to your requests or to inform you of initiatives connected to the work performed by Euro Company or other companies in whose interest Euro Company works.
2. Data handling methods.
a) Handling will be performed through the operations or set of operations indicated in art. 4 subsection 1 letter a) of the Consolidation Act: collection, recording, organisation, conservation, consultation, processing, modification, selection, extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, freezing, disclosure, deletion and destruction of the data.
b) The aforesaid operations may also be conducted using electronic instruments.
c) Handling will be performed by the Data Controller, those assigned to handling the data and external staff.
d) The data shall be kept for a year.
3. Data provision
The provision of your common personal data is necessary for performing the activities specified in point 1.
4. Refusal to provide data
Any refusal by you (the Data Subject) to provide your personal data, a faculty recognised in the Consolidation Act, will make it impossible to accomplish the activities specified in point 1.
5. Disclosure of data
The subjects assigned to handle the data may become privy to them and the same data may be disclosed for the purposes set forth in point 1 to external staff, the subjects to whom communication is necessary for the correct fulfilment of the purposes indicated in point 1. 
If the personal data gathered is to be disclosed to external staff, they will first be requested to handle the data in full respect of the regulations and principles dictated by the Consolidation Act.
6. Dissemination of data.
Personal data is not subject to dissemination.
7. Transfer of data abroad.
The personal data may be transferred to countries in the European Union and those outside the EU as part of the purposes specified in point 1. 
8. The Data Subject’s rights
Art. 7 of the Consolidation Act grants the Data Subject specific rights, including that of being entitled to be informed by the Data Controller whether or not his/her personal data is held and to have access to the same in an intelligible form. The Data Subject is entitled to know where his/her data came from, the purposes and methods of handling, the logic applied to handling, details regarding the Data Controller’s identity and those of the subjects to whom the data may be disclosed. The Data Subject is also entitled to obtain the updating, correction and integration of the data, deletion, transformation or freezing of the data handled in breach of the law. The Data Controller has the right to object to data handling, on legitimate grounds.
9. Data Controller.
The Data Controller is Euro Company s.r.l. with offices in corso Mazzini 10, Montebelluna (TV).
